Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and responding to inquiries, taking orders and making sales calls to prospective and existing customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a "people person", enjoys helping others and has strong communication skills.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our product, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any concerns or complaints
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide updates on orders
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills in English
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
